SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") apply to the text message program operated by Gruzam Insurance LLC ("Gruzam Insurance", "we", "us"), Miami, FL, USA.

1. Program description

The Gruzam Insurance Client Notifications program sends text messages related to the insurance services you requested from us, such as:

  • Updates about your insurance applications and policies
  • Renewal, payment and coverage reminders
  • Appointment reminders and scheduling
  • Requests for documents or signatures needed to process your application
  • Replies to questions you send us

We do not send promotional or marketing messages through this program unless you have separately given us your express written consent to receive them.

2. How you opt in

You can join the program by:

  • Checking the SMS consent box on our online form at https://forms.gruzami.com/sms-opt-in/gruzam, or on any of our client forms; or
  • Giving your consent to one of our licensed agents, who records it in your file.

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Gruzam Insurance at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your applications, policies and appointments.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan with your carrier for details. Gruzam Insurance does not charge for this program.

5. How to opt out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message (you can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT). You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.

To join again, reply START or opt in again as described in section 2.

7. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission, to join the program.

9. Privacy

We use your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms. The current version is always available at https://gruzami.com/sms-terms with its effective date.
